| I use saline in one of those rubber bulb ear syrniges. An ENT told me how to do this. Mix 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and baking soda in a cup of warm water. Put in in the syrnge and gently spray it into your nose. Works best if you turn your head sideways so you can fill the sinuses on each side of your head then let it run out. Do this 2 to 4 times a day. Cleans then out and cures sinus infections better than any of those medicines. | |
