| I have read his spill on his website: When someone has to tell me how good he is, has been, and can be, that is when I walk away. Truth be told, even if the rent obligations are not met, the landowners still got more than what rent should be, yes, even if it is the going rate. At some point, there is going to be a correction in all of this. I don't feel sorry for anyone in this, except for his employees.
Greed pooled all these people together: Equipment, suppliers, grain brokers, and the old guy in one of the Family Farms articles that put this whole concept together.
