If they don't bale it in the middle of the day it molds.

It is something how a price can be offered for something that a few months ago people would have thought you were crazy and suddenly they won't take it.

I would think barley would be a lot cheaper to feed than $300 hay, easier to haul too. Elevators paying about $5 a bushel here in ND for feed barley. That's under $200 a ton. You could get wheat straw reasonable too but probably need to bale it yourself, most don't have the baler here or the time.
