Subject: How to price hay shipping to Texas

Blue Grass (Eastern IA)
I have 100 ton of Alfalfa hay in the barn. 1/2 is 3x3's the rest is small squares. It is 150 RFV & 20% protien. I had a rancher call from near Houston, TX today interested in it. I don't know how to price it. I had planned on keeping it untill spring when the market really heats up, but I guess I should consider selling now. What is hay bringing down there? I have heard $500/ton. It would cost $100/ton to get it there. Thinking $300/ton here / $400 delivered.
