i agree it seems we are getting gouged by all these prices for things we need going up. but we still have a choice. you dont have to have a new combine just because you can cashflow it. or a new house etc. you can just make a choice to sock some away for a rainy day. im as upet as every one else that thinks we should just pay more because corn is high. that is just bs. it takes a whole lotta dough to farm these days and the risk is 10 times higher now than at 2.00 corn. sorry for the rant. personally i think we should be more worried about goss's wilt in our corn and what happens to the world if we can only raise 100 bu corn where your used to getting 175+ that is a much bigger problem.
