Subject: Irrigating Soybeans question

I have some really tall double crop soybeans, never had double crop beans this tall. They look really good, but we haven't had a rain for almost 3 weeks and our soils do not hold water very well. No rain in the foreseable future either so these beans will start going backwards in a hurry. I can water about 120 acres of these beans with a traveling gun. I watered 10 acres but it is squatting the beans, they are just too tall. So my question is would you water and squat them or just leave them alone. I really hate to see beans go down, they just don't ever yeild as well when they go down. Howeve we are quickly running out of moisture.
