VFD for pump = constant pressure up to pump capacity , nice but not needed in most applications. Woodford good hydrants ,what I install. As for waterers ,I used double wall plastic culvert , 12in,works fine in SC Kansas, BUT PUT WIRE WITH PIPE TO WATERER, in case you EVER what to put heaters in ,Don't ask me how I know.........
