Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot | Those look nice Russ, I think the Park Service is using them on a fence in the area.
Only problem is I'd have to buy those... ;) I've got more than enough scrap pipe I can weld up. I wouldn't want anything that looks too nice. ;)
I've got a stack of RR ties as well, probably use those. They last forever around here. I replaced some corrals that were built here in late 50's/ early 60's, built with RR ties. Some of those ties looked like the day they were put in, the only ones rotted were ones near an irrigation canal or irrigated land. Everything else here is sandy and gravel, pretty dry as well. | |
