These are about the fastest and easiest braces http://easy-fence.com/index.html I've used. We've tried driving pipe and putting clamp on each side to hold horizontal pipe (BLM tried these). They worked ok, but it is hard to keep wire from sliding down.
The easy fence panel was developed my old high school classmates dad. Had them over 20 years here, sure works good in fire prone areas.
