Parts of southern MB like around the manitou- pilot mound areas have been on canola-wheat-canola-wheat rotation for 10+ years atleast. Doesn't seem to be a problem. Nice looking canola in that neck of the woods. As for the mycorizzhea, i saw a field that was canola 3 straight years get seeded to corn this spring and the corn looked fine all year. It's very weather dependant i guess.
