The master switch in the raven console is on the circuit board. This is probably not a big deal to you or I because we would most likely simply replace it if it failed, but to someone who believes "no user servicable parts inside" it makes for a good justification to use an external run-hold switch so that the master switch is not cylcled and started down the road to eventual failure.
How smart is this guidance stuff?
