ECIL
State Farm Insurance has a program in the earlier part of the year that they take donations of Girl Scout cookies and send them overseas, several thousand boxes. When the Girl Scouts sell their cookies the customer can buy however many boxes they choose. They cannot actively select which kind they want to send but State Farm sends them out. Maybe put a box of them in if you can access some yet this year? If he were stationed in Iraq or Afganistan you could send some grass seeds for him to plant in front of his barracks to remind him of the lawn at home. If he is a farmer, maybe a pot, some soil, and a couple soybean or wheat seeds?
