United States | I would specify how many will be renting to in the family and if they want to bring the mother in law or brother their to live the rent goes up per head, and no pets in the house, no motor homes allowed brought in with some one allowed to stay, Get 2 months rent up front for damage deposits. some thing to think about ! ! !
