West Chazy, New York | I have three good friends who are property managers. All are adamant that the single most important tool they have is a credit score from prospective tenants. No score below 650 will be considered. That's actually a fairly low score; nowhere near good enough to get a mortgage, but even that standard will keep out a lot of problems. Don't even think about taking Section 8; it's a guarantee of trouble. | |
