Southcentral WI | It's heat exhaustion/heat stroke. I had it about a month ago when we had 95+ degree weather with high humidity and played a bit too aggressive during a softball game....felt like I was getting the flu, but by the time I made it to the ER I had an internal body temp of 104.1 degrees and my body was convulsing. Nothing to be messed with, that's for sure. If you didn't have the fever I'd agree with the fact the wheat was a bit moldy, but with the fever it's the same as what I went thru, only less of a body temp in your case.
