I'd say yes, grain bin dust, with a little mold in it.  My husband is terrifically sensitive to the mold spores carried in that dust, from tooooooooooo many exposures over the years.  Get a good mask and wear it always.  Nobody wants to be as sick as he is if he's down-wind from someone unloading bins.
