| Yes sir, I am in NE Ar, my biggest concern is the economy. I read a lot of finance articles daily, It all spells out economic problems but the biggest money makers for most is a big chance. With 1200 leased I am not as tied if the economy was to tank as some forecast. My debt to equity would be high enough to remain in business with the loss of high commodity prices. Perhaps my biggest worry is that very few local farmers are buying ground and It appears like most farmers aren't in the market right now. Am I incorrect? | |
