NW central IL | i usually backup a few feet, i did it that way when i was ground drive also. i never had any problem driving slow with the planter and the hyd. drive not working, but the only bad thing, is if a sensor or monitor has a bad day, it can have you sitting. there is no backup system to run on,and the grd drive is simple. that said, i love my hyd drive, tell it to plant a number, and it plants it
