South central, Nebraska | Neither one caused any problems but had me scratching my head a little.
One issue was the "Date" would revert to Jan. 4 sometimes when I turned on the monitor and maybe the next time it would show the correct date.
The other issue was "Unstable Hex Shaft". I have a mounted planter with ground wheel drive. It is very easy to see it run and turn by hand to verify a problem or not.
I called support after completing planting for an explanation. I was told both these problems were firmware glitches that would be addressed.
This company has been very good to work with as are a few others. It would be nice to see some others look at this kind of customer support as a model to improve their system and gain direct customer feedback on their products. | |
