Subject: I did a little research



Eastern Iowa		on the rules for these things in Wisconsin. You can read them here. Apparently Wisconsin is not like other states that have a set date for lease termination. From my reading of it, a year to year lease is determined by the date it was originally leased, and the owner must provide 90 days notice of a change, even in oral agreements, unless the lessee has damaged the property or provided a reason for the lease to be dropped immediately.
