Trimble do have a 24hr Support phone service as well, but I am not 100% sure if it is available to end users or if it is Dealer Only access. I've never used it, but I know that it is some sort of rolling timezone deal, where depending on the time of day you ring determines who & in what part of the world your call is answered.
I know that AgLeader's Support division in the US is pretty good, but I also know it costs a fortune to keep it that way..... | |
