I sent the EX-Guide 500 back yesterday. I never installed it as I am still using the FM 750 and my finger. I was promised a full refund. I never got the rebate mailed in December 8th received registered mail December 11th. Granted the Bar code did fall out of the box but I still had it and contacted my dealer immediately. They said customers get rebates with out the bar code all of the time.
