I would cut into michigan on the ohio side, avoid IN altogether. Lots of tractors get hauled across 90 without permits, they aren't that exp. for them. Buddy got a yearly one for $50. I'd think NY would be your biggest problem. Flag the axles, put your wide load signs on and go.
