Know what you mean doing it right. But hard to get all permits in a timely matter and cover all bases. It's easier to go the other route. Probably won't have any trouble anyway ( wide load banners & strobe, flags, chain all 4 corners of load). Unless you are in a wreck & its your fault then it would be nice to have everything in order.
