We bought one of our tractors in NY 3 years ago. I'm pretty sure in all 3 states, OH IN & MI, you will need permits. I'm assuming you will be over 102" wide. If you're not, you might only need permits in OH. Even though we're from MI, anytime you haul anything over 102", even if it's farm equipment, you need a permit. Sometimes we usually get away with it without having them though. I'd try to do it on a weekend if possible.
