In Iowa if a city has plans to annex they also have to have plans to service that area, i.e. water, sewer, roads. We can't even think about rezoning without the annexing. Best of luck. no they dont ! i have been put into the city limits and the only thing i get is police and fire protection .those count as city services. it is about as communist / corrupt / crooked as anything else "they" do to us. |
