I don't remember all the details whens or whys but I can tell you that when doing a drug screen for a CDL or a position that involves a CDL, at some point, a same sex medical staff can be REQUIRED to be in the stall with you when peeing in the cup. Again I forget the details but it seem like after some problems is when this happens.
