Eastern Ohio | At my day job (construction) we are always subject to drug testing, no problem. At this new site, took an entrance drug test (same old test) no problems. Week 4 we have a random (no problem been there done that) but this time the drug testing rep stands in stall and watches. OK now we have a problem, shy bladder syndrom (SBS). 4hrs go by and nothing, told rep to take hair sample, swab, even a pat down, just get out of the stall, they refused. And by the way, if you start to fill the bottle and don't make the quanity line you have 2 hours to make it or get fired. Anyway, got the bottle filled (couldn't stop after we got it started) and passed. Question is do I have any rights, or do I have to submitt to this type of test? | |
