Who is the voice of agriculture??? A couple of radio/tv programs claim they are.
What organization??? that is a difficult subject. Ag will probably never will be truly unified.
There is an effort this fall of 20 plus organizations coming together to as a united front.. Corn, soys, wheat,cattle and etc.
IF that gets proper funding and leadership, that should be a step in the right directions to be the 'voice of ag"
US and world ag is under attack by some ill inform or well meaning or worse-- those think ag ought to be in the 17 century.
IT takes big bucks to fight and no one organization has that. | |
