| That is my point. Assuming we intend to plant 90+ million acres of corn it's going to be a squeeze play soon. As I write this at noon, April 15, I see snow in spots on my yard, fencerows, and terraces. I'm not going to put $180 dollar a bag seed corn into 40 degree soil that has been mudded in. I'll try my best to do it right but at some point I either have to cut my corn acres or suspect possible yield reductions. | |
