Thanks for your honest answer. It might be for the best to prick this bubble a little bit. A farm sold for $6,500 an acre 12 miles from me this winter and most newly rented land in excess of $300 per acre. Maybe this will keep the lid on the complete euphoria in land values and will make it possible for more farmers to continue in their chosen field.
