try this: if you flow meter cal in the insight is set to, say 2, change it to 20. then set your target rate which was, say 5000, to 500. see if that helps calm the rate....
had similiar issue and this made all the differance in the world.
also, make sure your "time constant" in the krohne is set 3 seconds.. this will "average" the output readings over a three second span. might help as well.
