East Central Arkansas | The only reason I was trying to connect this Holux is that it is a unit that I already have. I normally use it with a iPaq on my 4 wheeler or in the pickup rather than pulling the Raven 210 out of the tractor. I also tried hooking the 210 to the laptop with no succes. I did hook the Holux to the desktop which has a DB 9 serial connection and get gps signal to my sitemate software. I do remember reading somewhere that the Holux was able receive the beacon signal but never found out how it could be enabled. I do get the wass corrections with it but not all the time. I tried to find a holux web site in English this afternoon but all I could find was in chinese. | |
