It will partially engage(At detent) without grinding. Then when the clutch pedal is released, grind, and lightly turn the PTO like more lever throw is needed.
I took the pedal adjustment to about 3/4" free travel and made no change. I gotta get an eyeball on the bolt clearence today and see if things are proper in there.
I am really starting to suspect she trashed something in the rear end, or linkage needs tuning.
