west central Iowa | As long as you don't have any places with enough water for him to drown it out it should work. My neighbor had a bad car chaser (I got it with the front and back tires of the pickup once). They borrowed a shock collar and put on it, but the dog figured out he could run to the nearby creek and drown out the collar. They would shock him when he headed for the creek, but he'd keep yipping 'til he got there. | |
