| Agreed it is a 'Brand' pilot operated check valve but the strange thing is the location. It would be checking the rod side of the cylinder. It would make more sense to be on the base end of the cylinder to prevent lowering without applying some pressure on the rod side of the cylinder. This is the usual arrangement to prevent the load from dropping. It also looks like it has a 'Prince' spool type flow divider in the center so both cylinders lift evenly. Had a thurston cart like that back in the 80's and it used phasing cylinders. Consequently did not have a lot of lifting power. | |
