What sort of yield do you get on your wheat and canola Traveling Man? What is your average rainfall?
Small grains 6tn ha is very good and below 4 not that great. Canola 2 tn would be very good. 60 cm rainfall, mainly not during the growing season. Can be 40 cm to 1 meter...you never know.
