G'day Ham. How are things?

  Obviously, I am not in your area, but what I got from Nicks post was similar in nature to a recent thread here about corn population. Too dense and the corn/wheat can become weak stalked/stemmed, and other negative issues can rise. 

 I've noticed "here" that to be true. I believe Phil Needham may have some info in his field book that can help shed some light on the subject. Tillering may be effected with an over dense population. ?
