NW Ohio | I would say that my corn will be down 5-10% from last year. Huge variations in the same field. Lots of N loss showing up. Much of the corn has pollinated in hot and dry conditions. Did get some rain last week and things have perked up. Right now, the beans look to be better than last year although 20-25% will need a late frost to fully mature due to the lateness of planting. | |
