Subject: Purpling Corn

Earlton Ontario
Our corn was planted into really good/dry conditions. We had great emergence although have hardly had adequate rain fall but over-all things are good and there is moisture down 3-4 inches. Our clay soil has adequate phos levels with soil tests med to high. We side-banded in 2x2 a blend of 12-40-0-1zn. Broadcasted 100 units N.

Why would the corn now start showing purpling???

What can I do to fix it???
