I have always been told that it takes 3 pounds of lime to neutralize 1 pound of nitrogen from 32% and that it takes 4 punds of lime to neutralize 1 pound of nitrogen from NH3. So at a 140 lb. rate it essentially would take an additional 140 lb. of lime to neutralize the pH between 32% and NH3.
