South-central Nebraska
What vac were you using for what size of seed?
How much seed treatment did the seed have on it and again how big was the seed?
Did you use plenty of talc? How much humidity when planting?
Is it something in the hydraulic drive, chains jumping, proshaft not functioning or not the correct depth/hairpinning?
Did you have the correct brushes, were the meters recently checked and were the seed disks worn?
How fast were you planting and in what soil conditions?
Did you have enough down pressure applied to keep row units from bouncing?
Do you have seed firmers dragging seed, how wet was the soil?
A lot of times the meter gets blamed when its the planter unit or ground conditions causing as much problems.
