Thanks for posting pics and history! Here is its german counterpart...unlike the Kate Shelley Bridge it is for local traffic only and, as I learned from the german wikipedia article, it is currently even in danger of being closed because its counter bearings have seized, putting stress on the construction. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M%C3%BCngsten_Bridge
