west central Iowa | Way back when I was in Ames I lived near the tracks in a basement apartment so the noise wasn't quite so bad, the shaking kind of rocked you to sleep. They had a derailment off the bridge where the RR goes over the street down town some guy had to lay his motorcycle down and let it go. The RR car landed on his bike , but missed him. .Don't know if he needed new undwear or not. | |
