Kentucky | A few years ago I found a box in a pasture field, apparently had fallen out of army helicopter since we are on the flight path between Fort Campbell Ky and Bluegrass Army Depot in Richmond. It contained a part for an Apache helicopter, wasn't damaged, packed in bubble wrap. The invoice said it cost Uncle Sam about $5000.00. Called them up, said it wasn't worth driving 30 miles to pick it up. Oh well, it's still here somewhere. | |
