#3 would not be an option. That is an illegal application of Regent as it can only be only applied in-furrow. I assume that is why the retailer would not do it. As others have noted, we do have a Regent Equipment program that will assist with paying for some of the equipment depending on the amount of Regent you purchase. Your retailer should be able to give you the details.
