Most tile is plowed here, and pattern tiling on 30-40 foot centers is the "standard" here. If you are only heading for certain wet spots, but may pattern tile later, do yourself a favor, and map it out pattern tiled and just do the runs you need, you can go back and finish later. As for plowing through the wet spots, a hy hoe hooked on in front of the plow will pull it through a lot.
