Gettysburg, PA | Is this tile to capture hillside seeps/springs? Not grid tile to keep groundwater down? IF the drainage is needed to support another erosion control practice like a grassed waterway or diversion or terrace it should be considered eligible for funding through EQIP. Here is PA it would be anyway. As far as installation, here, all tile is installed with backhoe. Tile plow or wheel just won't keep grade skipping over the shale. | |
