661 is different than 660. PWM valve control is done through the 14 pin connector instead of the 16 pin connector. There are a few other differences as well. Anyway, I'm sure you could have gotten it to work with the original cable if you would have switched some wires around. Surprising AL doesn't build a cable to interface in place of that, shouldn't be that hard to reverse engineer.
