Subject: RE: Both father and son have history????

West Michigan
What if Father and son (or sons) are entering into a partnership and they all have 4 years + APH history. Does land with each person have to keep that APH?? What if Dads APH is 10 bushel higher on corn but sons is 5 bushel better on beans. Can you then use Dads corn and sons beans?? They how about multiple counties?? Dads corn in one county and sons corn in next county? Not sure if you can pick and choose? Can you use all dads and none of sons (or vice versa)?

So many ?'s. Not sure if there are any hard and fast rules on this.
